The New York Jets are on the road in Foxborough, Massachusetts this afternoon as they take on the New England Patriots in the season finale for both teams. The game is scheduled to start at 1:00 pm EST.

The weather in Foxborough will be cold, snowy and blustery. Skies will be cloudy throughout the game. Winds will be moderate and variable, blowing out of the north northeast at 10 - 15 mph to start the game, increasing to 15 - 20 mph and shifting to the north in the second half. Occasional higher gusts up to 35 mph are possible throughout the game. Temperatures will be in the mid 30s to start the game, dropping to around 30 by game’s end. Snow is expected to fall throughout the game, with a nearly 100% chance of precipitation.

All in all, these will be difficult conditions for fans and players alike. Fans will want to bundle up. For the players, the combination of snow and gusty winds will make for a difficult day throwing the football, and slippery conditions running the football. A miserable day to close out a miserable season.
