New York Jets Flight Connections 01/17/24

Bringing your daily links to the NFL’s New York Jets

New York Jets v New England Patriots

Good morning, Gang Green Nation. I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. With the first round of the playoffs complete, the NFL has shown that while a superstar quarterback is not needed to make the playoffs, it’s hard to get there without a first round quarterback. San Francisco 49ers’ quarterback Brock Purdy is the only QB in the playoffs who wasn’t taken in the first round of the NFL draft. While the Jets have Aaron Rodgers at quarterback, the team needs a successor at the position at some point. Either they will go the Packers’ route and draft a quarterback this year, or the team will continue to chase the Lombardi with an aging roster while wasting the potential of their youth. Maybe they will get lucky, but I have my doubts. As for now, here are your links to the team to start your morning.
