New York Jets Flight Connections 07/09/23

Good morning Gang Green Nation! You know we’re in the dead part of the offseason when one of the leading stories is about how Aaron Rodgers looks like he is well muscled. While it’s nice to see Rodgers has stayed in shape, being “ripped” is less important for a quarterback than for just about any position outside of special teams. Being “ripped” won’t help Rodgers all that much to do things that are important to quarterback play. It’s certainly better than the alternative of being out of shape, but when Rodgers’ muscles are a lead story, well, there just isn’t much to write about.

Ten more days. Ten more days and we get back to having Jets practices and not long after that, Jets games (even if they are fake until September). Soon the long offseason will be over. Until then, well, Aaron Rodgers looks ripped. Yea.
