Good morning, Gang Green Nation. I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. It seems we’ve finally hit the real lull of the NFL offseason. Other than some appearances from Aaron Rodgers across various avenues, the news on the New York Jets end has been fairly quiet. But on the horizon, we could potentially see an extension for Jets DT Quinnen Williams come sooner than later. We’ve been hearing rumors that the team is getting closer to a solution with their All-Pro defensive tackle, and while in the past the Jets have been burned by giving their defensive linemen extensions, I believe that Q deserves to be paid as an elite defensive player. Hopefully for the Jets, an extension comes true and the team doesn’t get burned on the contract. Time will tell if that will happen.
