New York Jets Flight Connections 06/10/23

Good morning Gang Green Nation! C.J. Uzomah limped off the field in the last Jets OTA. The exact nature of his leg injury is undisclosed. While this is not ideal for Uzomah, you have to wonder whether even a serious injury to Uzomah would hurt the Jets much. Uzomah was almost invisible last year for the Jets. While the addition of Aaron Rodgers should help Uzomah on the field, Rodgers will also help every other Jets tight end. With Jeremy Ruckert drawing early rave reviews in OTAs, perhaps Uzomah’s days of playing a prominent role are coming to an end. It will be interesting to see how this develops over the next few months.
