Sunday Night Football, Week 11. Tonight the Denver Broncos host the Minnesota Vikings.

The 4-5 Denver Broncos got off to a horrible start under new head coach Sean Payton. They lost five of their first six games, including an embarrassing 70 - 20 blowout loss to the Miami Dolphins. Things were looking bleak. Then things started turning around. The resurgent Broncos have won three straight, including back to back victories over the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills. Quarterback Russell Wilson is looking much more like his old self from his best days in Seattle, the Broncos defense is gelling, and suddenly the Broncos are becoming a formidable opponent.

The Minnesota Vikings also got off to a miserable start to the season, losing four of their first five games. They have since come roaring back, ripping off five straight wins to get to 6-4 on the season, despite losing starting quarterback Kirk Cousins to a season ending injury. Joshua Dobbs was acquired in a trade with the Arizona Cardinals and he hasn’t missed a beat in replacing Cousins.

This should be a good matchup on Sunday Night Football. I think the game will be close, but I’m picking the Denver Broncos to take advantage of the thin air at home to pull out a victory over the Vikings.

Enjoy the game everybody. Please leave your comments on the game below, in the section cleverly marked “comments.”
