Jets fans are now confident and thinking Playoffs

It’s time for our weekly check in with SB Nation Reacts. Each week we ask Jets fans for their views on the team.

When last we convened, Jets fans were sending mixed signals. Two in three fans were confident in the team’s direction, but only one in three said they thought the team will make the Playoffs.

This week the confidence number is even higher. More than nine in ten fans we surveyed are now confident in where the team is heading.

Meanwhile, Playoff expectations have doubled. Almost three quarters of the fans who voted in our poll the past week now expect the Jets to be a Playoff team in 2023.

It’s amazing what a win over an undefeated team can do for expectations. Isn’t it? I’m still not sure about the 19 percent who are confident in the team’s overall direction but not confident in the team’s ability to make the Playoffs, but it seems like the bulk of the fanbase is feeling good about things.
