New York Jets Flight Connections 8/3/22

Good morning, Gang Green Nation. I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Jets rival, the Miami Dolphins, had their first round pick taken away from them, and their owner suspended by the NFL after being found guilty of tampering charges. For those who forget, former head coach Brian Flores had issue with the Dolphins ownership, and it seems that his gripes were completely warranted - and true. Hopefully for the Jets, the team is able to beat the Dolphins twice this season to cause that draft pick to be worth more than an average first round pick could be. For once, the NFL did something right; but to be fair, the Dolphins owner should have been forced to sell the team. It’ll be interesting to see if there’s any more situations like this that could happen in the future, as ‘tanking’ has been the subject of suspicion for many years from fans.
