New York Jets Flight Connections 8/19/22

Good morning, Gang Green Nation. I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Zach Wilson may be out of commission, but he’s still in the building trying to take in as much as he can in his absence. He will need to soak in every piece of information that he can while he’s unable to perform on the practice field - and potentially, real games. As for his backups, it was a mixed bag in practice yesterday from both Flacco and Mike White. The sooner Wilson can get back on the field, the better. There’s still much left to be desired about Wilson going forward, and he needs to be able to prove his doubters wrong. Not only that, he needs to prove that the investment was worth making from Joe Douglas. Whether he likes it or not, this season could spell the future for the young quarterback going forward.
