Good morning, Gang Green Nation. I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. I’d like to start this FC by dedicating it to J.P. Pelzman, who passed away yesterday. Pelzman worked the beat covering the Jets, most recently for Forbes, but also worked for Newsday and other news sources throughout his career. He was an excellent writer who strayed away from the drama and focused on the facts and the team. He was a pro’s pro and his loss is a substantial loss to the beat. May he rest in piece and my sincere condolences to his family. His abrupt passing is a reminder to everyone to hold your loved ones close; as you never know what the future can hold for anyone.
