Good morning, Gang Green Nation! Minicamp will take place this week from Tuesday, June 14 through Thursday, June 16. We should get our first glimpse of Mekhi Becton since last September. Becton is a crucial part of the Jets’ plans this year, and if he fails to come back strong from last year’s season ending injury the Jets’ offense will be in a bit of a jam, so it will be nice to see where Becton stands.
Once minicamp runs its course the Jets are off until the end of July. Those six weeks off during the summer each year tend to produce more than their share of off the field troubles, so let’s hope the Jets can keep out of trouble until they finally begin training camp and start the process of finalizing the 53 man roster.
