Good morning, Gang Green Nation. I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. John Franklin-Myers has said that the Jets defensive line doesn’t have any weaknesses going into the 2022 NFL season. While I think the potential for that to be true is less than zero percent, the fact of the matter is that group played quite horribly in the 2021 season. Yes, that was without Carl Lawson, the new addition of Jermaine Johnson, and partly due to injury. That being said, the team still had plenty of players with impact ability who didn’t quite live up to expectations. Regardless of how the advanced metrics may look, the team got gashed up and down through the run and was terrible rushing the passer. Point blank, the team needs to be better without excuses going into this season. We’ll see if they have it in them. With that, here are your links to start the morning.
