Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. A lot has been said about the Jets potentially drafting a wide receiver in the first round of this upcoming draft. While I think that could be a possibility, I also believe this draft is quite deep at that position; giving the team flexibility to take a receiver in the 2nd round who can also have quite a high ceiling. Now, Jets’ fans know how bad the team has been at selecting 2nd round wide receivers in the past. But, with Elijah Moore potentially breaking that curse, the team needs to try to address the position nonetheless. Especially since there are more dire needs currently than wide receiver (with Corey Davis a solid but not spectacular WR2), don’t be surprised to see them wait until the second round to make that move. I would prefer the team trade back one of their first round picks, but we never know how things will potentially work out when the draft actually comes. Hopefully whatever occurs bodes well for the Jets. With that, here are your links to the team to start your morning.
