New York Jets Flight Connections 01/08/22

New York Jets

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! The New York Jets placed Braxton Berrios on the injured reserve list, ending the most productive season of Berrios’ career. Berrios earned a lot of fans with his play this season. He also likely earned a lot of dollars, as he is scheduled to be a free agent this offseason. His impending free agency means we may have seen the last of Berrios in a Jets uniform. However, the good news for Berrios fans is the Jets and Berrios are reportedly already in talks for an extension. There are never any guarantees until the signatures are on the contract, but it looks like we may be seeing more of Berrios doing his thing for the Jets in the coming years.
