The calendar may say it’s autumn, but the weather says it’s still summer in Denver. It’s going to be a hot one today. Skies will be bright and sunny to start the game before a few clouds move in as the game progresses. Winds will be light and variable at 5 - 10 mph out of the east northeast throughout the game. Temperatures will be hot, in the upper 80s to near 90 at the start of the game and cooling to around 80 by the end of the game. Humidity will be very low, around 10 to start the game and rising slightly to the low to mid teens by the time the game ends. The risk of precipitation will be near zero throughout the game. This will be nice weather for the fans, but a little too hot for the players. Dehydration and cramping could become an issue for some players in this game. It’s also possible a pass or two could get lost in the bright sun at some point.
Enjoy the game everybody.
