The Jets announced on Thursday that they have activated wide receiver Jamison Crowder.
We've activated WR Jamison Crowder.

Crowder was on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and missed the opener against the Carolina Panthers.
This will be a different type of season for Crowder. The last few years he had been the primary target in the passing game. With Corey Davis around and a deep receiver room, Crowder will be able to slide into a complementary role, where he should provide Zach Wilson with a reliable target in the middle of the field. With Keelan Cole reportedly expected to return on Sunday, the Jets could be at full strength at the wide receiver position.
There were points in the offseason I wasn’t sure Crowder would be back, but the more time passes, the happier I am that the Jets figured out a way to keep him around. He should help this offense after a rough opening week in Carolina.
