New York Jets Flight Connections 8/24/21

Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. The New York Jets have placed Corey Ballentine on injured reserve; and with that move, the Jets entire cornerback group (eight players) has only five years of NFL experience. That may be the lowest experience level out of any group, on any position, on any team, throughout the entirety of NFL history. Now that may be conjecture, but the point still stands. What could make this a potential nightmare for the Jets is how many injuries have taken place on the rest of the defense. After losing Carl Lawson for the season, the team has now also lost Jarrad Davis for at least ¹⁄₃ of the year. The team doesn’t expect to have him back until roughly Week 6. Hopefully Saleh can manage to work some magic, but it seems bleak at the moment. We’ll see how it goes. With that, here are your links to the Jets to start your morning.
