The Jets are back on the practice field today as training camp continues from the team facility in Florham Park, New Jersey. Things are scheduled to get underway at 10:20 am Eastern.
The Jets had the day off on Sunday. It was the first rest day of camp. This follows a stellar Saturday performance by rookies Zach Wilson and Elijah Moore. It is only practice, but the team is obviously hoping this was the start of a dynamic quarterback-receiver connection for the next decade.
In less upbeat wide receiver news, Denzel Mims reportedly isn’t working with the starters. The second year wideout from Baylor has even taken some reps with the third team. It isn’t necessarily time to panic yet, but this is a situation worth watching.
