Podcast: Jets Players to Watch in the Preseason Opener

The first game of the 2021 preseason is just one day away. Tomorrow night the Jets take the field against the New York Giants. On today’s podcast I discuss the players I am watching in the game.

When it comes to preseason I’m not a big believer in the results produced by units. An offense or a defense might play great or struggle, but you rarely see these units doing the type of comprehensive gameplanning which occurs in the regular season.

Individual results carry a bit more importance. Some players are appearing for the first time. Some are trying to shake off a disappointing training camp. Some are trying to win a position or roster battle. Some are looking to come back from injury or a disappointing season. I talk about several of these Jets on today’s show.
