Our old friend Michael Nania of jetsxfactor.com joins me on today’s podcast. We preview training camp for the Jets with the first practice scheduled for tomorrow.
The obvious top story is Zach Wilson. At the time of recording the rookie quarterback remains unsigned. You can hear my conflicting views being both frustrated and calm over the situation as we expect Wilson to agree to his contract relatively soon.
We also talk about some of the key position battles. Many of us assumed Morgan Moses would get the right tackle job when he signed, but Robert Saleh said today there is a competition. Michael and I discuss that camp battle along with those at cornerback and backup quarterback.
We also go into the Marcus Maye contract situation and expectations for the Jets highly touted rookie class.
Thanks as always for listening to the show. You can subscribe to Locked on Jets where podcasts are found.
