Podcast: The Big Picture for the Jets

NFL: New York Jets OTA John Jones-USA TODAY Sports

We are just a few weeks away from the start of training camp. The Jets will be preparing for the upcoming 2021 season.

This year the team has expectations. They might not be expected to be a Playoff team, but things should be better than the dismal 2-14 of 2020.

In many ways this is the first year of the build. Teams frequently use rebuilding as an excuse for losses, but the most important part of that word is building. The Jets have (hopefully) made significant upgrades during the offseason through free agency and the Draft. This should lead to better football this year. 2021 will ideally be the first step on a journey to the top of the league.

Today’s podcast focuses on where big picture things like this currently stand for the Jets.
