New York Jets Flight Connections 7/1/21

Bringing your daily links to the NFL’s New York Jets

NFL: New York Jets OTA John Jones-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning Gang Green Nation! We’ve finally reached July, and the start of training camp should be coming before we know it. A lot of hype, but also, a lot of questions. Will Denzel Mims ever be a functional WR2? Will the team shore up the CB position? Can someone step up alongside CJ Mosley at the linebacker spot? Will the RB room work out? Can Zach Wilson be the face of the franchise? In what’s an unsurprising trend, the team has more questions than answers. The one thing they do have however is hope, and an influx of youth that should do them good in the following years. The faith falls on GM Joe Douglas, who so far, has seemingly done everything right; something of a change that Jets fans haven’t seen in quite some time. Will it translate to results on the field? We can only hope so, but it will be fun to see how the team grows regardless. With that, here are your links to the Jets today.
