Podcast: Ranking the Jets Defense

Yesterday we took a look at the Jets offense on the podcast. Today we turn our attention to the defense. It is the side of the ball Robert Saleh is from, and his priorities have been made fairly clear in his first offseason.

Again I rank the quality of positions on defense. Defining what counts as a position is somewhat complex in today’s NFL, but I do my best. Anything relating to cornerback doesn’t look very good right now while the defensive front looks solid for the most part. However, in some of the areas that look like trouble, there might be some hope. Conversely some of the stronger areas on defense still have a few things to be sorted out.

Thanks as always for listening to the show. You can subscribe to Locked on Jets where podcasts are found. If you do that, new episodes will be delivered each morning as they are posted.
