2021 NFL Draft Results: Jets Select Michael Carter II With 154th Overall Pick

The New York Jets have selected defensive back Michael Carter II out of Duke with the 154th overall selection in the 2021 NFL Draft. He is the second Michael Carter the Jets have selected in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Michael Carter II is a 5’ 10”, 190 pound defensive back. Carter played four years at Duke, where he amassed a total of 135 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, 4 interceptions and 23 passes defended. With Carter joining Jamien Sherwood in the defensive backfield, the Jets continue to add to their secondary in the late rounds of the draft.
