New York Jets Flight Connections 4/5/21

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Shout out to Mr. Wells for holding down the fort over the weekend as usual. After a week that saw a rekindling of debate among Jets fans regarding the future franchise quarterback, things have gone fairly quiet, which has been the norm on the Jets beat since Joe Douglas has taken over as the GM of the team. There’s been little news broken by those closest to the team overall; and while most have been covering the team for years, the quality of content has gone downhill as well. Perhaps this could be a signal of another change, or perhaps Douglas is just incredibly good at hiding his intentions from anyone. If it’s the latter, it’s one of the best I’ve seen from a GM for as long as I can remember. It also deserves quite a bit of praise, especially in a New York market.
