With the 34th overall selection in the 2021 NFL draft, the New York Jets have selected wide receiver Elijah Moore out of Ole Miss.
Elijah Moore brings more talent on offense to the Jets as they continue to build around rookie quarterback Zach Wilson. The diminutive Moore is an electric talent on the field who is a threat to take it to the house every time he touches the ball. The Jets lacked a speed demon in their receiving corps. Now they have one. The selection of Elijah Moore means the Jets have used their first three selections in the 2021 NFL Draft on offense, following the selections of quarterback Zach Wilson and guard Alijah Vera-Tucker in the first round. It also means the Jets have used all five of their first and second round selections in the Joe Douglas era on offense, as the team strives to improve upon an offense ranked last in the NFL the last two years running.
I approve of the selection of the electric Mr. Moore.
How about you? Do you approve of the Jets selecting Elijah Moore with the 34th overall pick?
