New York Jets Flight Connections 4/26/21

Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Shout out to Mr. Wells for holding down the fort over the weekend as usual. The NFL Draft is Thursday, and anticipation is at an all-time high. This is about as excited I’ve been as a Jets fan for the NFL Draft since 2018 when the team drafted Sam Darnold. Hopefully whoever the Jets choose to be their starting quarterback in this draft isn’t a redux of Darnold during his tenure with the team. Outside of quarterback, the Jets are also in a prime position to draft other elite prospects in positions of need; which is nearly everywhere on the roster. This weekend could bring fans the highest of highs, or the lowest of lows, but the truth will be found out during this year and those that follow. With yet another slow news week leading up to the draft, there’s a shortage on links in today’s FC. But I’m sure that will pick up in the next couple of days.
