New York Jets Flight Connections 4/14/21

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! Our lead story today involves a Utah newspaper trashing the Jets and Joe Namath. Now I know, Joe Namath has his flaws, and the Jets have not exactly covered themselves in glory over the years. But I’ll tell you, I’ve been to Utah. It was nice, in an utterly barren, waterless, lifeless wasteland sort of way. Among other places, I visited Arches National Park, which is often listed as the best place to visit in all of Utah. It was interesting. The basic idea is you hike out under a blazing sun in ungodly heat and stare at a bunch of giant stones with holes in them until you melt or collapse of heat exhaustion, whichever comes first. But it’s OK, because it’s a dry 120 degrees in the shade. I even got to stare at a collapsed arch, which is also known as a pile of rubble. Now, as fascinating as that sounds, when the best place in your entire state consists of some big porous rocks and a pile of rubble, all I’m saying is, maybe people who live in glass Utah houses shouldn’t throw giant stones with holes in them. Or something.
