New York Jets Flight Connections 3/31/21

Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields had his Pro Day yesterday, and boy did he impress. Fields clocked in a sub-4.50 40-yard dash time, showing impeccable speed to go along with his great ability as a passer, which was on display as well. Fields’ Pro Day was set up by the same person who did Zach Wilson’s, so it’s no surprise that the quarterbacks were put in positions to truly show the strengths of their skill set. As a Justin Fields fan, I loved to see him put a lot of doubters to rest while showing his capabilities as a passer. Does this mean that Joe Douglas and company will select Fields? No, it doesn’t. But hopefully it provides them enough to think about to where their mind isn’t solely set on Zach Fields as the heir apparent to Sam Darnold. A lot can happen between now and the draft, so it’ll be interesting to see how things shake out. With that, here are your links to the Jets today.
