After a quiet Wednesday, the Jets got back into action in free agency on Thursday. The team agreed to terms with three new players.

The players were Jaguars wide receiver Keelan Cole, Chargers offensive lineman Dan Feeney, and Raiders defensive back Lamarcus Joyner.

What will Friday have in store for the franchise? We will need to wait to find out. The team still has some money available for free agents. There also are some possible cuts who could open up more cap space. It is a question of which direction the front office chooses to go.

Some rather glaring needs still exist, perhaps most notably at cornerback. Players are being signed, but the options available are reduced each day. We will see whether Thursday was the start of the Jets getting more active.
