News broke on a pair of signings for the Jets on Thursday afternoon.

Jaguars wide receiver Keelan Cole has reportedly agreed to a deal with the Jets for one year and around $5.5 million. Cole profiles as a solid depth player. He has experience both outside and in the slot during his career, although the bulk of his snaps came in the slot in 2020. We don’t know yet know whether he was signed to be the fourth receiver or whether the Jets plan to move on from Jamison Crowder. We also don’t know whether another wide receiver signing could be on the way.

The Jets also agreed to terms with Chargers interior offensive lineman Dan Feeney. Feeney has starting experience, although he hasn’t been particularly effective. He profiles as a backup on the offensive line.
