Podcast: Jets Players Who Could Shape the Offseason

We all have opinions on prominent (and many not so prominent) Jets players.

One of the biggest mistakes we make is assuming the front office and coaching staff of our favorite team views players the same way we do. Their views could be completely different.

With a new coaching staff in place and new systems being installed on both sides of the ball, it is difficult to say what the decision makers really believe about most of the roster. Their views on certain players could have major implications on how the team allocates its offseason resources looking to improve a 2-14 football team.

On today’s podcast we discuss some of these players. They fall into different categories. Some players are totally unproven. Some are solid performers but arguably aren’t worth premium money. Others are looking to bounce back after lackluster stretches. The team’s confidence level is unknown in these players, but it could shape the offseason.
