The Jets are hoping this offseason will be the start of a new era. The team is looking to build a foundation.

The last decade has been ugly for the franchise. There has been squandered opportunity after squandered opportunity when looking to rebuild. Three general managers failed in that endeavor.

On today’s podcast we look at the disappointments of the past decade and the poor decisions that got the Jets to where they are today. I think there are lessons to be learned by past general manager failures. Joe Douglas will look to avoid making those same mistakes.

There were many errors from failed roster building philosophies to an inability to get the organization on the same page. Hopefully a brighter future awaits the Jets.
