New York Jets Flight Connections 11/3/21

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. The trade deadline came and went, and Joe Douglas was relatively quiet. Despite trade rumors surrounding safety Marcus Maye, he was not moved at the deadline. Neither was Denzel Mims, whose lack of usage this season has been puzzling to say the least. The Jets did however send Daniel Brown to Kansas City in return for guard Laurent Duvernay-Tardif. The Jets desperately need the depth, as parts of the OL have been atrociously bad this season, putting whoever is back at quarterback under constant pressure. If all goes right, LDT could come in and be an instant contributor to the team this season. We’ll see if he and the Jets can get a groove going in the second half of the season.
