This Week’s Jets Fan Confidence Rating Is 59%

It is time for our periodic check in with SB Nation Reacts.

If you aren’t sure what SB Nation Reacts is, I will let you know. Each week SB Nation sends out surveys to NFL fans asking them opinions about their favorite team and the league in general.

Since we last checked in the confidence rating has fallen among Jets fans. Two weeks ago heading into the London game against Atlanta, 80% of fans had confidence. The figure today stands at 59%.

It was at 54% last week heading into the bye so that is pretty stable.

It shows once again that there is a degree of patience within the fanbase despite the 1-4 record. This time last year the confidence ratings were regularly in the single digits as Adam Gase’s team floundered to a 2-14 finish. A new coaching staff and a new quarterback still seem to be getting the benefit of the doubt with three out of five fans still confident in the team’s direction.
