JETS LB Core- Position of Weakness and the 2021 Draft

The Jets have a serious need at LB this offseason. Hewitt and Jenkins are free agents, C.J. Mosley has not played football since week 2 of the 2019 season, and may opt out again, Blake Cashman is always hurt, and it's a hodge podge of throwaway players from other teams like Frankie Luvu, Shariff Finch, Harvey Langi, Tarrell Basham, etc.

So Field of Gold made me think of this, giving credit where credit is due, especially since the Jets need not only a new LB core to move to a 4-3, but need speed as well at the position.

Serious, if the Jets do not resign Neville Hewitt, who can play LB on the roster right now before free agency and the draft?

I think the Jets could get by with their secondary, but to make that 4-3 defense work, the Jets need a bunch of LB's.

Would like the Jets to draft two or more of the following LB's in the draft;

Charles Snowden from Virginia is 6 foot 7 and can run!!
Tony Fields from WV
Cameron McGrone from Michigan
Pete Werner from Ohio State
Paddy Fisher from NW- true MLB, may be available as undrafted free agent, say not good in passing downs
Dayo Odeyingbo from Vandy (OLB not EDGE)
Chris Rumph from Duke (OLB, not EDGE)
Nick Bolton from Missouri
Zaven Collins from Tulsa
Chazz Surratt from UNC
Monty Rice from Georgia
