New York Jets Flight Connections 1/26/21

Bringing your daily links to the NFL’s New York Jets

Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Jets’ owner Woody Johnson has made his return to the team, taking over for his brother who was predictably in over his head. Christopher Johnson did try to turn the Jets into winners, so I do appreciate that; but he just constantly gave off the impression that he was deferring to other people throughout his tenure as acting owner. That in itself isn’t a bad thing, but when the hires turn out bad and you’re unable to admit your mistake despite the obvious, it’s a glaring weakness to those watching. For what it’s worth I am happy that Woody is back, considering he has had some success turning the team around since he became the owner. With Saleh being partnered with Joe Douglas and changing the order of command, it definitely seems like things are at least going in the right direction again. Let’s hope it turns out for the best. With that, here are your links to the team today.
