New York Jets Flight Connections 1/12/21

Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. The Eagles fired Doug Pederson yesterday, which does hold some significance to the Jets as their GM Joe Douglas once worked closely with Pederson while with the Eagles. There were rumors swirling prior to the firing that the Jets would trade for Pederson, but obviously that’s no longer on the table. Fans and pundits alike have started circulating the thought that due to their connection, Pederson and Douglas will likely work together once again. It’s drawn ire from fans while pundits have increasingly tried to justify said situation. I’ve already given my thoughts on this so I won’t speculate further. In related news the Jets also interviewed Aaron Glenn and Arthur Smith yesterday, adding to the list of candidates the team has already looked at. It’s an increasingly growing list, and hopefully that means diligence is being done. With that, here are your links to the team today.
