Butler is likely the player from that list who will draw the most attention. He was a fourth round pick in 2019 by Arizona who missed his entire rookie season with a broken hand. He failed to make the Cardinals roster this year.
Butler is 6’5” 228 pounds and ran the 40 yard dash in 4.48 seconds. Those physical tools made him an intriguing prospect prior to the 2019 Draft. The Jets are in need of talent at the wide receiver position. Over the last few weeks there were rumors that Butler’s days in Arizona were likely numbered, leading to many Jets fans to hope he will end up a member of the team.
We will have to wait to see whether it happens.
