Bringing your daily links to the NFL’s New York Jets

Good morning, GGN. I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. After a brutal loss to the Colts on Sunday, the Jets have a quick turnaround as they face another winless team in the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football. After an injury scare, the Jets may get lucky and have Mekhi Becton available, something the team desperately needs after a plethora of injuries already. Despite some pretty horrific QB play, Sam Darnold will not be benched either. This makes sense in a way, considering no one else on the team is better than him - outside of Joe Flacco, who is unavailable. Unfortunately for Sam, there’s a real chance Flacco ends up usurping him if Darnold can’t improve his quality of play. After the Colts loss Darnold addressed his bad play, acknowledging that his inconsistency won’t lead to success in the NFL - and he’s right. Hopefully he’s able to perform better on Thursday, because his and his coach’s job may be on the line. With that, here are your links to the team today.
