I don’t know what’s left to say at this point.
The New York Jets are currently a terrible football team. They aren’t competitive. They don’t have any strengths. This is going to be a long year.
The situation was ugly at the start of the season. Yesterday the Jets had to play without all of their starting wide receivers and their starting right tackle. The starting left tackle left the game near the end of the first half. The team had pretty much no chance against the Colts, and they lost 36-7.
On today’s podcast I offer thoughts on the game and the current general state of the Jets. Like the first half of last season, the current situation feels hopeless. The Jets are playing Kotite-level ball, and the third year quarterback doesn’t look capable of withstanding the horrid conditions around him. I talk about all this and more on today’s show.
