New York Jets Flight Connections 9/27/20

Good morning, GGN! We’re on to week 3 of the NFL season, and the Jets are on the road to take on the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts have the #1 ranked defense in the NFL through the first two weeks of the season, and the Jets have the #32 ranked offense. That doesn’t exactly inspire confidence for Jets fans in this one. Perhaps the Jets can catch the Colts taking the game lightly. Perhaps the Jets defense can come up with some game changing turnovers against a turnover prone Philip Rivers. Until they actually play the game, anything is possible. Here’s hoping a minor miracle occurs and some way, somehow the Jets come away from this game with their first victory of the season. The 1968 Jets were even bigger underdogs to the Colts in Super Bowl III; you just never know how things may turn out. Maybe Darnold can guarantee a Jets victory. Wouldn’t that be something?
