Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. More bad news for Jets fans, as acting owner Christopher Johnson doubled down on his praise for HC Adam Gase and the team yesterday in a brief talk with the media. In so many words, Johnson reiterated how Gase is a guru on the offensive side of the ball and fully expects the team to step their game up going forward. It was a disappointing thing to hear, to say the least. With the Jets offense sputtering for the past year, something needs to give at this point. If Adam Gase can’t get the team to play to at least a mediocre level, it becomes absurd to hear Christopher Johnson praise these results. At this point, one starts to wonder if they’re becoming daft to the football world around them by opting to entrench themselves to a horse with no carriage.
