Manish Mehta report the Jets will have a workout this weekend with running back Pete Guerriero.
Intriguing name to keep an eye on:

Former Monmouth RB Pete Guerriero, who led the FCS in rushing last season, is scheduled to work out for the Jets this weekend.

Guerriero was highly productive for Monmouth. He ran for 1,995 yards in 2019 on only 298 carries, a 6.7 average. He also added 32 catches for 336 yards. He scored 20 touchdowns from scrimmage. A small school prospect needs to be dominant to get a look in the NFL, and Guerriero was dominant.
He also ran the 40 yard dash in 4.47 seconds at Monmouth’s pro day. That is extremely fast for a running back, even though running back isn’t a position where 40 time necessarily translates to playing quality.
Presumably if signed Guerriero would be competing more for a practice squad spot than one on the active roster. It seems unlikely he would have a meaningful role for the Jets in 2020. Instead the team would simply be looking at whether he was work developing long-term.
