Today we continue our Listener Spotlight podcast series. Joining the show is Ruben who lives in the Cleveland area.
How does somebody who grew up in Cleveland become a Jets fan? As Ruben tells us, he was a Mark Sanchez fan. Even though things did not work out for Sanchez, he decided to stick with the Jets.
On the show we talk about some of the memories he has of the team both from the glory days of 2009 and 2010 and in later days when wins have become scarcer. We also talk about his stadium experiences. He has some surprisingly nice things to say about MetLife Stadium. Comparing it with the stadium in Cleveland, he doesn’t think it is as bad as many Jets fans (myself included) believe.
Thanks as always for listening to the show, and reach out if you would like to be included in a future Listener Spotlight series.
