Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Two young Jets who have a lot to prove this season in Mekhi Becton and Quinnen Williams have shown up to camp and look like they’ve slimmed down tremendously since we’ve last seen them. While this seems like nothing, it could impact their performance going forward. Losing excess body fat and trading it in for muscle has it’s benefits (obviously). But when a player is on the LOS, being undersized can hinder their performance when facing some of the monsters on the line. Fortunately for Williams and Becton, they themselves are monsters on the LOS. The loss of weight can do wonders for the two, adding a level of speed that their counterparts aren’t aware of while still maintaining the strength both players are known for. The opposite effect could also happen, but why bother thinking of the negative before the games are played? With that, here are your links to the team to start your morning off.
