According to Adam Schefter, the New York Jets have agreed to trade safety Jamal Adams to the Seattle Seahawks.
The trade reportedly involves the Jets sending Adams and a 2022 4th round draft pick to the Seahawks in exchange for safety Bradley McDougald, Seattle’s 2021 first and third round draft picks, and Seattle’s 2022 first round draft pick, subject to the players involved passing physical examinations.

Jets deal Jamal Adams and 4th-round pick in 2022
To
Seattle, in exchange for Bradley McDougald (safety), 1st-round pick in 2021, 3rd-round pick in 2021, and 1st-round pick in 2022, source tells ESPN.
Deal is pending physicals.
The reported trade ends what had become an increasingly acrimonious relationship between the Jets and Adams, with Adams making it clear in various forums he no longer wished to be a Jet. While the trade hurts the Jets’ prospects for the 2020 season, it is a pretty significant package of draft picks that, if used wisely, could set the Jets up for long term success.
