Tomorrow is the scheduled training camp reporting date for rookies. The Jets waited until the last minute, but the important thing is the deals are done.
The most significant news here is obviously the signing of Becton. To the extent rookie contracts need to be negotiated, first round picks have the most room for potential issues. In fact, Becton is the first Jets first round pick in three years to be signed on time for training camp. Sam Darnold in 2018 and Quinnen Williams last year began their rookie camps with brief holdouts over contract negotiations.
Ashtyn Davis is the last Jets Draft pick who has yet to sign his contract.
