New York Jets Flight Connections 6/29/20

Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Shout out to Mr. Wells for holding down the fort over the weekend as usual. Just when you think that there’s a chance for the Jets to finally take over for the Patriots in the AFC East, New England ends up signing former MVP and Panthers QB Cam Newton. While Cam Newton definitely has issues of his own; if he can stay healthy he is easily the best QB in the division and makes the team an instant contender. That isn’t the only news however regarding the Patriots, as they’ve been caught filming another team yet again. This time, it was filming of the game between the Cleveland Browns and the Cincinnati Bengals. The Patriots were fined over $1 million dollars, and were docked their 3rd round draft pick for the upcoming draft. You would think that at some point there would be a substantial punishment dealt towards the Pats for yet another offense, but here we are.
