New York Jets Flight Connections 6/24/20

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. The Jets are already in the midst of trade talks with one star player in Jamal Adams, and speculation is now beginning that the team may be trading another one during the season. After a report from Rich Cimini it seems that the Jets could look to trade Le’Veon Bell midway through the season if the team isn’t in contention. Most will agree that the contract given to Bell by the Jets was an overpay, but it’d be hard to imagine a team trading for the RB at all. Not only is he getting older, but it seems as though his production may have fallen off as well. It doesn’t help that the Jets’ OL was full of mediocre talent, but the NFL trend has seen RB’s go from focal points to being a dime a dozen. So while a trade may be possible on the horizon, don’t consider it likely this year.
